One of six in Rose Group
A retailer who buys from Bangladesh needs someone on the ground who answers for the order: the costing, the sample, the factory, the inspection and the ship date. Rose Sourcing was established in 2009 to be that single commercial contact.
It is the buying house of Rose Group, so a programme can be placed with priority at the group's own factories: Rose Sweaters and Madinaple Fashion Craft for sweaters and knitwear, and Rose Intimates for bras, briefs and sleepwear. Categories the group does not make itself, such as woven tops and bottoms, denim, jersey and kidswear, are placed with partner factories that the company has vetted for quality and compliance.
Today the company turns over $15 million a year, sourcing for retailers and brands in the United Arab Emirates, the United States and Italy, including Landmark Group, DKNY, Piazza Italia and Carillo Fashion.
